Good Nature Games is a San Francisco based game company. It was founded in 2018 to bring beautiful, inspiring and fun board games into the world.
Steve grew up with an affinity for nature and a close connection to the ocean. When he was ten years old and dreamed of living on the beach, he tried to convince his parents to blanket the floor of his room with sand instead of carpet. He ended up with sand colored carpet. As an adult, Steve has become a board game aficionado. Good Nature Games distills these two passions into one.
Our first project is Gulp!, a two player, turn based strategy game that pits you against an opponent to become top predator of the sea. Gulp! launched on Kickstarter in April 2019.
